Cancellation policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PRE-ORDERS

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order (Made-to-order). This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will be collecting a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
Once order is placed, you only have 48 hours to cancel your order and your partial payment will be refunded to you. After 48 hours, orders shall be considered confirmed and production have started and no cancellation shall be accepted. If you decide to cancel the order after 48 hours, your initial deposit cannot be returned, yet no further payment will be deducted or charged to your initial payment method.
